We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Executive, Financial Analyst to assess company performance, support financial planning, and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience in the manufacturing (FMCG), fashion, technology, or pharmaceutical sectors and possess strong analytical skills to drive business profitability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data to assess company performance, trends, and profitability.
- Develop financial models to support business planning and forecasting.
- Conduct variance analysis between actual results and budgeted figures.
- Assist in budgeting processes by gathering data and preparing budget proposals.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and prepare feasibility studies.
- Monitor key financial metrics such as cash flow, revenue growth, and ROI.
- Support cost control initiatives by identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Conduct risk analysis to identify financial threats and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Track market trends and assess their impact on the company’s financial position.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational strategies.
- Support strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and recommendations.
- Analyze competitor performance and market benchmarks.
- Assist in managing company liquidity by monitoring cash reserves and obligations.
- Evaluate pricing strategies to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
- Contribute to improving financial reporting and analysis systems.

Educational Requirements:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting or Finance from a well-reputed institution.
- Must have partially completed CA or ACCA certification
Experience Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Manufacturing (FMCG)/Fashion Industry/Technology Based Company/Pharmaceutical.
