• Should be skilled in Auto Cad 2D, Sketch up, Photoshop and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Should be able to work under pressure

Responsibilities & Context

• Use AutoCAD software to create detailed designs, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Ensure designs meet quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and designers to understand project requirements.
• Revise and modify drawings based on feedback and design changes.
• Preparing Architectural and Interior Design Plan, Elevation and Section, with details working drawing.
• Maintain Project Files
• Candidates must have knowledge about interior and construction materials, finishing materials and the installation process about these materials
• Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building usage and environmental impact.
• Take the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together flexibility reports and design proposals.
• To implement other architectural related work as per the decision of Management.
• Moreover, the employee having the ability to make faster and more flexible decisions might be prioritized.
