Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare patterns and markers for headwear using Lectra CAD Software.
- Proficiency in Lectra Modaris 2D and TUKA Tech.
- Create accurate patterns from tech packs or samples, ensuring buyer specifications are meet.
- Independently develop patterns Style wise pattern grading.
- Provide consumption correctly with maximum fabric savings.
- Verify and check patterns received from customers.
- Maintain clear communication with development team to ensure product feasibility.
- Provide technical advice to sample and production
- Perform pattern checks, adjustments, and mark necessary allowances.
- Resolve fitting issues and provide solutions to ensure proper garment fit.
- Participate in risk assessments, pre-production meetings, and technical discussions.
