Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare and issue accurate calibration certificates on time.
- Ensure timely execution of both in-house and onsite calibration schedules.
- Manage daily calibration sales records using software.
- Maintain and manage sales and commercial documents (VAT & Tax).
- Oversee general office maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate and follow up with external calibration service providers.
- Draft and respond to emails professionally for internal and customer communication.
