Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for fluent English-speaking candidates preferentially from English Medium backgrounds or candidates who have International call center experience to work on our project.
- Working Time will be 9 -hour shifts 6 days a week With 1 hour break time.
- Making Outbound and Inbound Calls For Foreign customers (From the UK and solving their queries.
- Must be able to work on Bangladeshi holidays, specifically Eid time.
- May need to do overtime in certain days (Paid overtime)
