Fortune Construction Ltd. is seeking a smart, presentable, and well-spoken Call Center Executive to manage customer communications, lead follow-up, and front desk operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a professional attitude to represent the company effectively.
Job Responsibilities
- Receive and handle incoming calls professionally.
- Follow up with prospective clients generated from Facebook Ads, website inquiries, and other marketing channels.
- Maintain customer records and update lead status regularly.
- Schedule client meetings and project site visits.
- Handle WhatsApp, Messenger, and other customer communications.
- Welcome and assist visitors at the reception desk.
- Maintain visitor logs and front desk operations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Management teams.
- Prepare daily call and follow-up reports.
