  • Prior experience in a call center or healthcare setting is highly desirable;
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written);
  • Proficient in using computer systems and relevant software applications;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with empathy and professionalism;
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations is a plus;
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Adaptability to work in other sister concerns, if necessary

Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls related to patient inquiries and appointments.
  • Provide information about clinic services, doctors’ availability, and appointment scheduling.
  • Assist patients with inquiries about medical procedures, insurance and billing;
  • Resolve patient concerns and escalated issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the clinic’s database;
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate with medical staffs to ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery.
  • Meet personal and team performance targets.
