- Prior experience in a call center or healthcare setting is highly desirable;
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written);
- Proficient in using computer systems and relevant software applications;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to handle stressful situations with empathy and professionalism;
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations is a plus;
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Adaptability to work in other sister concerns, if necessary
Responsibilities & Context
- Manage inbound and outbound calls related to patient inquiries and appointments.
- Provide information about clinic services, doctors’ availability, and appointment scheduling.
- Assist patients with inquiries about medical procedures, insurance and billing;
- Resolve patient concerns and escalated issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the clinic’s database;
- Ensure patient confidentiality and adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with medical staffs to ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery.
- Meet personal and team performance targets.
