#Job_Context

•International Call Center, Inbound

•Night shift & Day Shift

#Job_Responsibilities

•Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner

•No sales target.

•Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics

•Handle customer inquiries over the phone

•Manage and resolve customer complaints

•Provide customers with product and service information

•Process orders, forms and applications

•Identify and escalate priority issues

•Follow up customer calls where necessary

•Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
