• Good in English (written and spoken)
• Freshers are most welcome
• Can work in Night Shift
• Strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills
• Excellent in Microsoft Office
• Strong practical knowledge of operating computer function
• Good typing speed
• Ability to convey tone and intent clearly through text
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Friendly, professional, and responsive communication style

Responsibilities & Context

• Candidates have to attend outbound calls to the USA/UK/Canada to provide or sell our products/services
• We are looking for individuals who can understand some basic English
• Identify customer’s needs and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Keep records of all conversations in the database in a comprehensive way
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
