Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
Set appointments or close deals with clients.
Identifying customer needs and communicating client’s value proposition.
Manage and develop your own diary, schedule call-backs, and future opportunities.
Working with weekly KPIs and targets.
Call leads from a database list and conduct research on potential prospects.
Utilize CRM and data entry systems.
Generate sales appointments and insides sales opportunities through outbound telemarketing campaigns, including manual internet leads.
Manage the customer through lead generation, pipeline management, organization, effective communication and strong listening skills.
Utilize, maintain and continuously improve various sales and communication techniques.
Educate customers in all products, services and packages along with competitor’s offerings.
