Responsibilities & Context
- Proficiency in managing customers over phone calls, follow-ups, and texts is mandatory.
- Respond to incoming messages and phone inquiries.
- Determine to support or assist customers after sales.
- Handle & Manage Customers Calls ( Online shop ).
- Manage Online Sales and Delivery Confirmation.
- Keep Track of Inventory to ensure stocks.
- Manage Official Facebook pages accordingly and collect leads from relevant sources.
- Maintain records and other documentation and up-to-date Daily and monthly sales reports.
- Handle & resolve customer complaints and communicate issues with the team’s help.
- Set up a positive mind for any other tasks assigned by the management.
- Understand the needs of business customers.
- Record sales and order information or enter sales information into a computer system.
