Education

  • HSC, A Level, Alim (Madrasah), HSC (Vocational)

Additional Requirements

  • Age 18 to 40 years
  • Previous Experience in any CALL CENTER is Strongly Preferable.
  • Fresher’s are also encouraged to apply if & only you are very good & strong in oral Communications.
  • Applicants must be from nearby Mirpur area.
  • Day to day planning and report management ability.
  • Experienced one will be highly appreciated.
  • Must be smart enough to handle any difficult situation that may rise during maintaining teams.
  • Should have good convincing skill and excellent sales skill.
  • Should be able to maintain client database.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Job Location: Tolarbagh R/A,Mirpur-1,Dhaka-1216
  • Employment Status: Half-time (6 hours)
  • Duty time : (Slot: 9am to 3pm & 3pm to 9pm)- Friday off day
  • You have to handle each & every client with care and sincerity.
  • Handle critical customers with effective and gentle communication skill.
  • Telesales / Telemarketing / Appointment settings for specific client over the phone on a daily basis as per instruction.
  • Manage outbound/inbound calls to Customers across the country in a timely manner.
  • You have to fill up your daily, weekly and monthly goal for fulfilling the target.
