- Age 18 to 40 years
- Previous Experience in any CALL CENTER is Strongly Preferable.
- Fresher’s are also encouraged to apply if & only you are very good & strong in oral Communications.
- Applicants must be from nearby Mirpur area.
- Day to day planning and report management ability.
- Experienced one will be highly appreciated.
- Must be smart enough to handle any difficult situation that may rise during maintaining teams.
- Should have good convincing skill and excellent sales skill.
- Should be able to maintain client database.
Responsibilities & Context
- Job Location: Tolarbagh R/A,Mirpur-1,Dhaka-1216
- Employment Status: Half-time (6 hours)
- Duty time : (Slot: 9am to 3pm & 3pm to 9pm)- Friday off day
- You have to handle each & every client with care and sincerity.
- Handle critical customers with effective and gentle communication skill.
- Telesales / Telemarketing / Appointment settings for specific client over the phone on a daily basis as per instruction.
- Manage outbound/inbound calls to Customers across the country in a timely manner.
- You have to fill up your daily, weekly and monthly goal for fulfilling the target.
