Additional Requirements
- Additional certifications like IELTS, TOFEL are a plus.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
- Certificate from a Recognized Call Center Training Institute.
Responsibilities & Context
- Handle inbound calls from passengers, drivers, and other stakeholders in the U.K. (United Kingdom)
- Provide accurate information about taxi services, fares, and booking procedures.
- Assist with booking requests, cancellations, and modifications. Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and queries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow up as necessary.
- Collaborate with colleagues to address operational challenges and improve service quality.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
