Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a Call Centre Executive to join our Office Bosila, Mohammadpur, Dhaka. Assure that customers get the finest service possible via call center services and customers follow-up.
Duty Time: 10am to 8pm
- Manage online customer queries as E-commerce business based.
Service Quality & Others:
- Parcel Tracking information,
- Ensuring customer satisfaction,
- Give precise information to the customer,
- Customer problem solving.
- Collect customer feedback by calling.
- Other works assigned by the management. Experienced on excel sheet.
