Proficiency in managing customers over phone calls, follow-ups, and texts is mandatory.
Respond to incoming messages and phone inquiries.
Determine to support or assist customers after sales.
Handle & Manage Logistics Calls ( Couriers & Riders)Manage Courier entries and Delivery Confirmation.
Keep Track of Inventory to ensure stocks.
Manage Official Facebook pages accordingly and collect leads from relevant sources.
Maintain records and other documentation and up-to-date Daily and monthly sales reports.
Handle & resolve customer complaints and communicate issues with the team’s help.
Set up a positive mind for any other tasks assigned by the management.
Understand the needs of business customers.
Record sales and order information or enter sales information into a computer system.
Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet sales targets
