Education
Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Bengali
Master’s Degree in Bangla from a recognized university.
Bachelor’s/Honors Degree in Bangla with a strong academic record.
Candidates having B.Ed./M.Ed. or relevant professional training will be given preference.
Experience
1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): University, College, School
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
Age 25 to 35 years
Strong command of Bangla language, literature, grammar, and composition.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage students and make lessons interactive.
Good classroom management and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using digital teaching tools will be an added advantage.
Candidates must be sincere, responsible, disciplined, and committed to teaching.
Responsibilities & Context
Conduct Bangla classes for School & College level students effectively and professionally.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and examination questions.
Ensure effective classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.
Evaluate students’ academic performance through class tests, assignments, and examinations.
Provide necessary academic guidance and support to students.
Participate in departmental meetings, academic activities, examinations, and other institutional programs.
Maintain regular communication and coordination with the concerned Coordinator/Academic Authority.
Perform any other academic responsibilities assigned by the Management.
