Responsibilities & Context
- Monitor all agents’ calls to ensure quality and adherence to campaign goals.
- Take over calls from agents if a prospect needs to be transferred for further assistance.
- Follow up with prospects until they are converted into customers.· Prepare daily call reports and submit them to management.
- Collaborate with the social media marketing team to ensure campaign alignment and effectiveness.
- Prepare and send regular social media marketing performance reports to management.
- Maintain open and effective communication with both the calling and social media marketing teams.
