Responsibilities & Context
Purpose of the job:
Effectively manage and coordinate a product launch, or a marketing initiative campaigns. This involves planning, executing, and monitoring strategies to promote a specific product, service, or candidate. They collaborate with various stakeholders, including creative teams, media buyers, and vendors, to ensure the campaign’s success. Whether it’s a local campaign with a small budget or a larger, more competitive effort, a skilled campaign manager plays a crucial role in achieving campaign goals and maintaining a well-functioning team.
Major Responsibilities:
1. Developing and implementing comprehensive campaign strategies and marketing plans
2. Coordinating all campaign activities, such as events, advertising, public relations, and digital marketing
3. Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance and making necessary adjustments to meet objectives
4. Managing campaign budget and resources effectively
5. Working closely with various teams, such as creative, media, digital, and sales to ensure alignment with the campaign’s goals
6. Supervising campaign staff, volunteers, and interns.
7. Creating and presenting reports on campaign results to stakeholders
8. Identifying new market opportunities and trends to optimize campaign performance
9. Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations related to campaigning, such as political campaign laws or advertising standards
10. Being the go-to person for executive decisions on critical aspects of the campaign
