• Experience in inventory and cost control is a plus

Responsibilities & Context

• Oversee and manage daily canteen operations efficiently
• Supervise food preparation and serving schedules
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the canteen area
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory of food items
• Supervise canteen staff, assign tasks, and resolve staff-related issues
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
• Liaise with management for regular reporting and operational updates
• Record and maintain accurate daily sales reports of the factory sweets shop
• Follow up on daily sweet production and coordinate with the production team
