Responsibilities & Context
- Routine Monitoring of ATM/Debit Card Management System & ATM Transaction and analysis.
- Working closely with other internal team, business team and external vendor to gather new project requirement and scope finalization.
- Ensuring daily settlement file process for VISA/NSPB/Q-cash etc.
- Dispute transaction investigation and providing proper help to settlement and reconciliation team.
- Daily, Monthly Report generate regarding Card & ADC operations related.
