Duration: Initially 2 years from the date of joining with a high possibility of extension based on fund availability & performance.
| I. Job Summary: |
Who are we? What it’s like to work at CARE? The Coordinator – Cost Proposal reports to the Senior Director – Finance, Grants and Awards and directly contributes to raising funding from different donors for the Country Office. He/s is responsible for developing and submitting cost proposals and support as a key team member across the full business development cycle (capture, live, BAFO). The position is also responsible for quality assurance of the team’s outputs as well as initiatives to strengthen systems and processes within the team including instituting best practices/standard operating procedures (SOPs), knowledge management, and capacity building. The CPM is responsible for people management supervising the work of Senior Finance Officer-Cost Proposal Officer. He/s is responsible for leading the cost proposal development process, ensuring compliance with donor requirements, and collaborating with program, consortium, and downstream partners, Finance, Admin, Government Relations Department, People and Culture and other departments to prepare comprehensive and competitive proposals. |

Compensation
