Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
5-7 Years of working Experience

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for carton sales in the packaging and trims sector.
Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Provide technical expertise and consultative sales support to customers regarding carton design, specifications, and material options.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with internal teams, including production and design, to ensure customer requirements are met accurately and efficiently.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive products, and potential new markets for carton solutions.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting product benefits and ROI.
Stay informed on industry developments, product innovations, and regulatory changes affecting packaging.
