• Expertise in video production techniques, directing talent, and delivering high-quality branded content.
• Experience in budgeting, contract negotiations, and project management.
• Strong creative vision, leadership skills, and ability to deliver engaging video content.

Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a Casting Director to oversee talent selection, script-based casting decisions, and high-quality video execution for product marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong connections in the Bangladeshi entertainment industry, expertise in influencer collaborations, and a deep understanding of brand storytelling through video.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Selection & Casting – Choose models/influencers based on product relevance and script requirements.
• Influencer & Model Network – Leverage a vast pool of Bangladeshi social media and film industry talents.
• Script-Based Casting – Ensure selected models align with brand messaging and campaign goals.
• Video Production & Direction – Oversee high-quality video shoots, ensuring engaging and professional output.
• Budget & Contract Management – Negotiate and manage casting budgets, contracts, and influencer deals.
• Post-Production Supervision – Work with editors to refine and finalize promotional videos for maximum impact.
