Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our CDBL Operations team. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of electronic securities transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

• Settlement Process
• Share Reconciliation
• Run Corporate action process for BD Capital
• Trade File Process
• Pay out and Pay in Process
• SIP Payin File Preparation
• Update customer information as per request (Modification)
• Demat Setup
• Transfer, Transmission and Change of Ownership of shares
• Pledge, Unpledge and Block shares.
• Stay updated on CDBL rules, regulations, and market practices.
