Requirements

Education

  • Graduation/Post-Graduation in any discipline from any reputed university.

Experience

  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (FMCG), IT Enabled Service, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written with good presentation skills.

  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Good Analytical and Organizing Skills.

  • Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and dedication to responsibilities.

Responsibilities & Context

  • This position will supervise a team and manage the overall customer care center activities of a respective region.

  • Center In-Charge is overall responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing reliable, prompt, and friendly service.

  • Must be knowledgeable in after-sales service operations for home appliances mobile devices, and IT Products.

  • Coordinate with all center functions (Executive, Technical Engineer, Accounts, Inventory, and Logistics, etc.) and report to regions and head office.

  • Must be KPI driven, ensuring consistent monitoring and improvement of results.

  • Needs to be sales and revenue target-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding revenue growth and profitability goals for the service center.

  • Excellent relationship management with vendors and the local sales team.

  • A dedicated salesperson with a passion for selling home appliances, IT products, and accessories.

  • Motivate the customer with positive reviews to convert the interest into sales.

  • Target-oriented and punctuality are a must requirement in the workplace.

  • Achieve sales targets set by the management and prepare periodic reports accordingly.

  • Coordinate with the service department to provide smooth and quality services.

  • Research and recommend new opportunities and service improvements with proper forecasting.
