Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Masters in any discipline (Business Studies & Social Science are preferable).
• Other Subsequent Qualification-At least 2nd class/division in all academic exams.

Responsibilities & Context

• Job Context
  The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for the overall management of the association, including setting strategic direction, overseeing operations, managing finances, developing new initiatives, building a strong team, and ensuring the program achieves its goals.
  Job Responsibilities
• Provide visionary and strategic leadership to the association, ensuring alignment with the association’s vision, mission and goals.
• Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve growth and profitability.
• Identify new opportunities and drive innovation within the organization.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
• To prescribe and assign the duties of all executive committee and staff of the association.
• Maintain community operational discipline in the field and in the association.
• Maintain relationship for get well sponsor.
• Face Interview session with media on demand.
• Liaison scheduled bank and other financial institutions for ensuring the fund Develop and manage the association’s budget, ensuring financial health and sustainability.
• Overall Fund Management at the field level, which includes determining loan portfolio, promotion of products, expansion of borrowers, timely disbursement and recovery, management of overdue, reducing bad loan and other program implementation issues.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze key metrics, and make strategic adjustments as necessary.
• To secure the fulfillment of any contract, agreement or engagements. Strictly maintain selection criterion of borrowers, examine loan applications, check previous records before any loan decision.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partner’s organization & Management Council.
• Represent the organization in events, conferences, and meetings.
• Maintain functional linkage and coordination with other Project/ programs
