Responsibilities & Context

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a CEO’s Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive analytical support to the CEO, assisting in day-to-day operations, conducting market forecasting, developing financial plans, and managing stakeholder relationships. This role requires strong analytical abilities, strategic thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of different strategic initiatives to identify opportunities and threats, aligned with the business objectives.

Data Analysis and Market Forecasting:

  • Analyze Business models to forecast trends, projections, and revenue growth opportunities (ROI) and risk metrics.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to the CEO on adjustment functional performance within the Business, including External team.

Managing CEO’s Day-to-Day Schedule:

  • Coordinate and manage the CEO's daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and internal/external communications.
  • Prioritize and schedule tasks and activities to ensure optimal use of the CEO's time and resources.
  • Anticipate and proactively address scheduling conflicts, last-minute changes, and urgent priorities.
  • Maintain confidentiality on issues as necessary.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key external and internal stakeholders, including board members, investors, customers, and partners.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and facilitating communication between the CEO and external parties.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align stakeholder interests with company objectives and strategic initiatives.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Demonstrate resilience and composure under pressure, maintaining a high level of performance and professionalism at all times. Adapt quickly to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks based on the CEO’s evolving needs and business priorities.
