Requirements

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  •  M.Com/MBA (Finance/Accounting), Completion of CA part level 2 from ICAB or partial/full completion of course from ICMAB will get preferred.

Experience

  • 8 to 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Hotel

Additional Requirements

  • Age 30 to 50 years
  • Proven works experience in reputed national or international 4 star Hotel, as a CFO (GM) or similar role.
  • Sufficient knowledge of modern communication techniques and best practices.
  • Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations.
  • Excellent Managerial skills.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Responsible for the preparation, presentation, and subsequent achievement of the hotel’s annual Operating Budget and Capital Budget.
  • Tax & Vat return filing
  • Hold regular briefings and meetings with all of F&A department.
  • Ensure full compliance with Hotel operating controls, policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Ensure all decisions are made in the best interest of the hotels and management.
  • Deliver hotel budget goals and set other short and long-term strategic goals for the property.
  • Developing improvement actions and carrying out cost savings.
  • Closely monitor the hotel’s business reports daily and make decisions accordingly.
  • Prepare a monthly financial report for the owners and stakeholders.
  • Draw up plans and budgets (revenues, costs, etc.) for the owners.
  • Helping in the procurement of operating supplies and equipment, and contracting with third-party vendors for essential equipment and services.
  • Coordination with HOD’s for the execution of all activities and functions.
  • Manage and develop the Finance & Accounts Department Executive team to ensure career progression and development.
  • Provide effective leadership to hotel team members.
  • Respond to audits to ensure continual improvement is achieved.
  • Responsible for safeguarding the quality of operations both (internal & external audits).
