Responsibilities & Context
- Strong knowledge of Chinese, Continental, Thai, Indian, BBQ, food, Grilling, Frying, and all kinds of desserts with other cooking techniques.
- Ability to manage a sand various food styles, Including Grilling, Frying, and a wide range of desserts, as well a small team efficiently
- Good understanding of food cost control and inventory management Familiarity with health and safety regulations in Bangladesh
- Passion for cooking and creativity in developing new dishes
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor and manage kitchen inventory to ensure adequate stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
