Strong network within Bangladesh’s steel market (suppliers, contractors, engineers, and procurement managers).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Jobs Responsibility / Description’s:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company sales targets.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Set short-term and long-term marketing goals in alignment with business objectives.
Strong team management skills with experience leading, mentoring, and managing the entire marketing team across Bangladesh.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide training, and ensure team motivation to meet sales targets.
Assign sales quotas, monitor progress, and ensure accountability at all levels.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
Gather feedback from sales teams and customers to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns with high ROI.
Coordinate with the Finance Department for budget approvals and expenditure tracking.
Ensure sending of information /data to Head office regularly.
