Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in PVC/ Artificial Leather factories, specifically in chemical processing and colour matching.
We will favour candidates who have work experience with any colour/Paint manufacturer company in Bangladesh, such as Berger Paints or Asian Paints.

We are currently seeking an honest, efficient, diligent, and experienced Chemical Engineer with a strong background in PVC/ Artificial Leather manufacturing. The ideal candidate should possess practical knowledge and hands-on experience in colour chemical formulation and production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain formulations for colour chemicals used in PVC leather production.
Ensure accurate colour matching and shade consistency based on customer and product specifications.
Conduct lab-scale trials and assist in scaling up to full production.
Monitor chemical reactions during production and troubleshoot any issues.
Maintain detailed documentation of formulations, chemical usage, and process parameters.
Work closely with the Production and Management teams to ensure product quality and process efficiency.
Manage chemical inventory and storage in compliance with safety and environmental standards.
