Position Overview:

At NutriBoostBD, we are looking for a dedicated professional to join our Quality Control team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in operating advanced QC Instruments and ensuring the highest quality standards in our products.

Key Responsibilities:

QC Instrument Operation:

Proficiently operate UV Spectrometer, HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography), GC (Gas Chromatography), and AAS (Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer).
Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments according to manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.

Solution Preparation:

Prepare and standardize Volumetric Solutions (VS), Internal Standards (IS), and Test Solutions (TS) for accurate testing and analysis.
Material Analysis:
-Conduct thorough analysis of raw materials (ginger, lemon, garlic, honey, apple cider vinegar), packaging materials, and finished/semi-finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
Ensure all materials comply with relevant specifications and regulatory requirements.

Good Laboratory Practice (GLP):

Implement GLP at every step of the laboratory process to guarantee product quality and safety.
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all analyses and laboratory activities.

Compliance & Reporting:

Monitor and report any deviations or out-of-specification results immediately to the supervisor and recommend corrective actions. Ensure strict adherence to all relevant laws and regulations, including consumer protection laws, to ensure product safety and legality.
Regularly review and update quality control procedures to align with the latest industry standards and legal requirements.

Regulatory Collaboration:

Collaborate with regulatory bodies during inspections and audits to ensure compliance with all local and national regulations.
Foster an ethical work environment, preventing any activities that could be considered fraudulent or unethical.
