Good knowledge and understanding on analytical instruments.
Soft skills: Organized, meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, problem-solving skills, patience, ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Language proficiency: English and Bangla.
Computer literacy: Hand-on experience in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsible for supervision of all testing activity.
Verifying test results, Incoming material & Consumable items quality.
Maintain 3Z in all aspects and monitor the progress of the tests.
Monitoring the performance of the staff.
Arrange training for subordinates and keeps training record.
Reply customer queries about any technical issue with the help of n+1, when necessary.
Perform, review, and check test reports to ensure meets customer’s requirements.
Managing and developing a team of laboratory staff and supervising them to complete the testing on time and to customer satisfaction.
Supervise all kinds of correlation as well as proficiency tests up to result along with arranging to send the tested specimen & test report to related Client/organization.
Responsible for managing and supervising the employees in the team, including providing directions and feedback, ensuring on-time work completion and approving leaves.
