Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Safety Management, or any relevant field.
Experience
At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
Additional Requirements
Age At least 25 years
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Fire Safety, HR, Compliance, or related work in a garments/RMG factory.
Good knowledge of fire safety management, fire equipment checking, evacuation procedures, and fire drills.
Basic understanding of RSC, BEPZA, Buyer Audit, and factory safety requirements.
Able to conduct fire safety awareness training and maintain related records.
Able to support HR activities such as attendance, employee discipline, training records, and documentation.
Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
Basic English communication and writing skills.
Responsibilities & Context
Responsible, organized, and able to follow up CAP and safety improvement actions.
Conduct daily fire and safety inspections.
Check fire equipment, emergency exits, evacuation routes, and related safety arrangements.
Organize fire drills and employee awareness training.
Maintain all fire safety and training records properly.
Support RSC, BEPZA, Buyer, and other audit requirements.
Follow up fire and safety CAP items.
Support HR and Admin activities when required.
