Responsibilities & Context
To Direct & Control overall administration department and its activities. Handling disciplinary & grievance issues of the organization as per law. Coordinate with the government authorities (Bangladesh Police, RAB, Ministry of Home Affairs, ANSAR etc.) to manage and handle any crisis situation. Responsible for managing all security aspects. Develop and Implement fire safety plans, policies by ensuring availability of fire extinguishing system, fire extinguishers, fire detection and firefighting appliances, providing training to security personnel to minimize fire hazards in power plants. Introduce a control system of keys of respective premises and ensure that only authorized personnel shall have the access to critical areas of operations. Ensure smooth & uninterrupted operation of the company providing required administrative & logistic service to all departments & employees of the unit. Responsible for managing overall hospital service activities to contribute to maximum business growth. Administering company policies and disciplines. Maintenance of company resources. Maintain & preserve hard & soft copies of all Documents concerned to hospital. Team management, supervising and controlling all related works related Department. Ensure a sustainable relationship with patients. Ensure new corporate clients with a view to have Corporate Sign Up. Ensure premium service patient care to all clients. Promote Health Check Facilities to Corporate Clients & different target customers on a continuous & updated basis with a target to increase the patients flow. Supervise day to day activities of all staff. Ensure the hospital staffs are clients friendly and maintain quality of services. Ensure that all staff department are functioning regularly. Organize and participate staff meeting/training. Assist to Medical Director in his all administrative function. To guide the Finance & Accounts team in financial management, including financial planning, budget, and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact. Lead and manage the finance associates to ensure regular accounting works. Sound knowledge in maintaining batch costing & inventory control mechanism. Safe keeping of all Official Documents relating to Govt. bodies. Maintain Inventory management system.
