  Manufacturing (FMCG), Trading or Export/Import, Shipping, Real Estate, Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Cement Industry, Developer, Shopping mall

• Must have authority to sign RAJUK drawing above 33 meters height building and special project

Responsibilities & Context

• Prepare Architectural plan, elevation, and detail drawings on the basis of present RAJUK rule, understand engineering drawings related to work, particularly architectural, structural drawings Interior and other associated drawings.
• Sound knowledge in modern Architecture, Exterior Design, Interior Design, updated information about materials as well as estimation.
• Capabilities of following up new projects from planning, drawing, material selection and working with other engineers.
• Responsible for implementation of Projects, maintaining the quality, workmanship within the approved budget & design.
• Supervision of construction as per design and drawing like Architectural, Structural, Plumbing and Electrical system of projects.
• Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction Coordinate with other departments like Engineering & procurement as required to complete the work at the site as per schedule, Supervise ongoing work periodically as per the requirement of principal Architect.
• Coordinate with clients and Land Owner regarding design related issues.
• Assist Design & Development and other departments as assigned by management.
• Resolving the issue related to project implementation with prior approval from management whenever applicable.
• Prepare project budget in details and allocate the resources accordingly considering expenses to ensure the desired profit. Well conversant with MS office applications, AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D studiomax, V-ray, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other associated softwares etc.
• Any other task assigned by the Management.
