Responsibilities & Context
Ensure accurate cash management and accounting operations in line with company policies and procedures.
Perform bank deposit and withdrawal activities as directed by the concerned department.
Supervise and support cashier team members to ensure smooth checkout operations.
Ensure adequate change funds are available at the beginning of each shift.
Reconcile daily cash with system-generated receipts, ensuring error-free accounting and immediate resolution of discrepancies.
Maintain all relevant registers, logs, and documentation with proper record-keeping standards.
Identify and address accounts-related issues promptly to ensure operational efficiency.
Detect and correct cash register errors, and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
