Job Circular: Chief Coordinator- Corporate Sales

Walton Digi-Tech Industries Limited has started its journey in 2017 and become leading Tech-Giant with the largest and most sophisticated R&I facilities. It has a well-equipped manufacturing plant which is treated as one of the best manufacturing plants in Bangladesh. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced “Chief Coordinator- Corporate Sales” to spearhead our corporate sales division.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve corporate sales goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align sales objectives with the company’s overall strategy.

Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the corporate sales team to maximize their performance.
  • Set clear performance objectives, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide feedback.

Sales Performance:

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
  • Implement sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present corporate sales reports to senior management.

Client Relationships:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and relationship building.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive strategies.
  • Provide market and customer feedback to support product and service development.

Corporate Sales Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
