Responsibilities & Context
- Developing and implementing the corporate and tender sales strategy in alignment with the company’s overall business objectives
- Leading and mentoring the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture to achieve sales targets
- Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the corporate sector
- Developing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations
- Maintaining and growing existing corporate accounts by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Leading negotiations for large-scale contracts and agreements with corporate clients
- Supervising the bidding procedure, which includes drafting and submitting bids for Government Agencies, MES, DGDP, and other entities
- Analyzing tender documents and coordinating with internal teams to ensure compliance and alignment with requirements
- Developing pricing strategies and ensuring competitive yet profitable bids
- Monitoring tender outcomes, providing feedback and analysis to refine future submissions
- Setting and monitoring sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team
- Preparing regular sales forecasts and reports for top management
- Ensuring efficient sales processes and the use of CRM tools for tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities
- Working closely with the marketing, product development, and finance teams to support sales efforts
- Providing market feedback to internal teams to drive product development and marketing strategies
- Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies during the sales and tendering process
- Identifying potential risks in contracts and agreements and developing mitigation strategies
