Additional Requirements
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, with at least 2 years in a role immediately below CEO.
- Sound knowledge about Capital Market, Bond Market, Merchant Banking, Policies and all relevant regulatory bodies.
- The candidate must fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria of a CEO for finance companies as per Bangladesh Bank guidelines.

A leading finance company who has operations in capital market and financing & investment activities is looking for an experienced and qualified professional for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) position.
Major Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company’s strategic plan to drive business, profitability, and market share expansions to lead the company’s financial performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all the stakeholders of the company.
- Work closely with the Board of Directors to provide timely and accurate information to the Board regarding the company’s performance and potential risks.
