Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking agile, dynamic & highly experienced professional for overall Execution & operation part of the renowned Group of Company’s all factory with Corporate Office. The CEO / COO position will do ensure management support by creating a smooth bridge for smooth execution & operation for all functions & departments together specially of both factory’s as well as with Corporate Office as & when required.

• Overseeing day-to-day business operational activities including Supply Chain, Production, Distribution, Marketing, Sales, Warehouse, Corporate Affairs and General Affairs with operational tasks.
• Reporting to the hon’ble top Management and preparing reports for them as & when required.
• Creating bridge between the management to employee for all kinds of welfare issues.
• Collaborating closely on all business-related operational various issues with the the top Management & all HOD.
• Conducting employee evaluations if necessary, creating corrective action plans.
• Creating employee friendly environment in the office and putting best practices comply with the policies, processes, and business plans required to support for the expansion of the enterprise.
• Setting environment for employee’s corporate performance by collaborating with the leadership team.
• Fostering and enhancing to the organization’s emerging talent by boosting up all employees best performance.
• Preparing employees as per standard of the organization.
• Strictly monitoring all the factory’s operation with proper observation.
