Responsibilities & Context

Context:

Oriental group commenced modestly in 1982 in Real Estate business and with prudent entrepreneurship. At present, the group has several number of concerns owned private limited companies and entrepreneurs with a substantial turnover. We are looking for a reliable Chief Finance Officer (CFO) for our head office who will be responsible for accountant, finance, VAT & TAX as and when required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to monitor all Banking and commercial process timely and cost effectively.
• Through knowledge on Bank loan related BRDP circulars of Bangladesh Bank.
• Competent in computer application and using accounting software.
• Develop and implements financial strategies, budgets and forecasts to support the company’s overall goals.
• Manage relationships with investors, financial institutions and other stake holders, ensuring transparency and confidence in the company’s financial health.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial management in a group business environment and a proven track record of driving efficiency, profitability, and compliance.
• Understanding of legal and TAX interrelationship with business strategies.
• Any other task assigned by management.
