Job Context:

• We are looking for an chief finance officer , who should have practical experience in finance , accounting management and company affairs also be responsible for overall financial and accounting management of the group.

Responsibilities & Context

• The candidate should have practical experience in Finance, and Accounting Management and Company affairs. Shall be responsible for overall financial and accounting management of the company
• Must have sound knowledge in computerized accounting, financial planning, cost, budget, audit, banking, Tax & VAT, insurance and other related activities;
• oversees the month and closing activities, ledger maintenance, balance sheet , overhead cost calculation, loan process and financial growth analysis and reporting .
• responsible for preparing and presenting to the management monthly financial reports including monthly profit and loss by division;
• Assess and evaluate the financial performance of organization regarding long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts;
• Formulate and implement Strategic Business Policies, Protocol, and Standard Operating Procedure-SOP for Financial Aspect;
• Review and ensure the application of appropriate internal controls, compliance and financial procedures;
• Ability to obtain corporate loans/ BG’s/PG’s from financial institute.
