Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee our company’s financial operations, drive growth and ensure long-term financial stability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, risk assessment and corporate strategy, with a proven track record in leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.
• Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial laws.
• Lead financial reporting, investor relations, and capital-raising initiatives.
• Analyze market trends and provide strategic recommendations to the management.
