Other Skills:
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS and other accounting principles.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of financial modelling and reporting templates with advanced skills in MS Excel.
- Strong proficiency in preparing charts and presentations, and in all MS Office applications including Word and PowerPoint.

Job Context
- As an integral part of this journey, we are seeking a dynamic, responsible, results-driven, and innovative individual for the Senior Management Post.
- As a key member of the Senior Management Team, CFO will assume a strategic leading role in the overall management of the company’s finances and accounts. This critical role involves overseeing the organization’s financial operations and financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with the company’s long-term goals and objectives.
Budget and Forecast:
- Prepare the annual budget as per the set timelines in coordination with the various budget owners and departments.
- Oversee the annual budgeting process, recommend cost control measures, enhance efficiency and support long-term financial planning and modeling.
- Put systems in place to track the financial performance (including qualitative and quantitative
- information) against the budget on a regular basis and provide variance analysis in collaboration with budget owners.
Financial Reporting:
- Manage and ensure the accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, adhering to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Help to prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly and annual MIS reports using data from the accounting system.
Financial Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and deliver actionable insights to the corporate management to support strategic planning.
- Develop various financial models and costing analyses as and when required.
- Identify business trends using real data and compile analytical reports.
Accounting Operations:
- Supervise daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and the general ledger.
Tax Management:
- Supervise the annual tax processes and coordinate with tax authorities to ensure compliance.
Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, evaluate investment opportunities and manage cash flow, liquidity, and funding needs.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, cultivate a high-performance culture, and oversee training and development to enhance team skills and competencies.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with departmental heads and senior management to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Act as the main liaison for financial matters with external stakeholders such as banking institutions, auditors, regulators and investors.
Strategic Financial Advice:
- Provide strategic financial insights on a per-requisition basis to the Chairman, Executive Director and Board of Directors to support decision-making.
Any other tasks as assigned by the management, from time to time.
