Requirements

Education

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (FCA) with practical experience in Finance, Accounts, Audit, Tax and Company Secretarial matters in different reputed organizations.

Experience

• At least 15 years

  Garments, Textile, Group of Companies

• The candidate should have practical experience in Finance, and Accounting Management and Company affairs.
• Shall be responsible for overall financial and accounting management of all SBU’s of the Group.

Responsibilities & Context

• Actively participate in the company’s business planning process including new business to prepare the annual operation plan;
• Prepare and present to the management monthly financial reports including monthly profit and loss by division, budget vs. actual for all Division;
• Assess and evaluate financial performance of organization with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts;
• Must have sound knowledge in computerized accounting, financial planning, cost, budget, audit, banking, Tax & VAT, insurance and other related activities;
• Formulate and implement Strategic Business Policies, Protocol, and Standard Operating Procedure-SOP of Financial Aspect;
• Review all month-end closing activities including general ledger accounts, balance sheet accounts and overhead cost allocation;
• Review and ensure application of appropriate internal controls, compliance and financial procedures;
• Supervise, monitor and control the assets management and movement; Periodic report presentation to the respective authorities and BOD’s;
• Monitor and involve in the Production Efficiency and co-relate Production Efficiency with Cash Forecast Efficiency;
• Coordinate with commercial and merchandising departments for on-time document submission to ensure fund management Follow up all types of Import L/C opening activities and payment;
• Update and implement financial policies and procedures;
• Day to day financial management and control;
• Any other task given by management.
