Requirements

Education

  • Masters/MBA Major in Management/HRM or PGDHRM from any reputed University.
  • PGDPM/PGDHRM in required for the position.

Experience

  • 15 to 20 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Garments, Buying House, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

  • Age 40 to 50 years
  • At least 5 years’ experience as a General Manager HRM in any Garments/Buying House/Group of Companies.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
  • Team management and capability of providing good organizational culture.
  • Enhancing employee engagement, Managing Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skill in both English & Bengali.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Strategic HR Planning:
    • Develop and implement strategic HR plans to support company’s business objectives and growth in export markets.
    • Analyze workforce trends and develop strategies to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management:
    • Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent within the organization.
    • Design and oversee onboarding programs that facilitate smooth integration of new hires.
  • Performance Management:
    • Establish and manage performance evaluation programs that drive high standards and accountability.
    • Implement succession planning initiatives for key roles within the organization.
  • Employee Engagement and Culture:
    • Foster a positive and inclusive workforce culture that promotes employee morale and productivity.
    • Develop programs for employee recognition, feedback, and continuous improvement.
  • Training and Development:
    • Create and implement comprehensive training programs that enhance skills and leadership capabilities within the organization.
    • Promote ongoing professional development efforts to upskill employees in line with in the organization.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
    • Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
    • Implement strategies to ensure that employee compensation aligns with market standards and organizational goals.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations, minimizing legal risks.
    • Develop and manage policies related to employee relations, health, safety, and workforce diversity.
  • HR Technology and Data Analysis:
    • Leverage HR technology to enhance HR operations and improve employee experiences.
    • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and strategy.
