Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and oversee the implementation of advanced HR policies and frameworks aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations while updating HR policies to meet industry standards.
- Collaborate with the CEO to provide strategic business support and input for key business decisions.
- Design and implement workforce planning strategies to optimize talent management across the organization.
- Monitor the execution of all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Lead organizational change initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability.
- Establish robust metrics and analytics to measure HR effectiveness and guide data-driven decisions.
- Oversee the alignment of HR operations with business objectives across all departments and units.
- Ensure employee engagement and retention strategies are effectively implemented and continuously improved.
- Conduct periodic audits to evaluate the efficiency of HR processes and recommend necessary improvements.
- Proactively undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by Management.
