Additional Requirements

• Age 35 to 45 years

• Minimum 15 years of experience in ICT field with reputed organizations and minimum 8 years of experience in leadership role with reputed technological companies.
• Should have experience in software designing, development & its implementation, web site & web application development, directory and server configuration, physical and logical ISP network, establishing Internet protocols, physical layer technologies, email servers, programming languages etc. and proficient in configuring, deploying and troubleshooting.
• Must have strong knowledge on ERP design, development & implementation, ERP database (preferably Oracle EBS, SAP, IFS or any other popular ERP) and a clear concept on data warehousing, data mining and similar.
• Self-motivated & confident for taking independent initiatives to achieve organizational goals.
• Should be able to lead and guide a large team of ICT professionals.
• Experience with pro-active monitoring and knowledge of database monitoring tools.
• Should have experience in using Firewall, backup tools and technologies.

Responsibilities & Context

The Christian Cooperative Credit Union Limited, Dhaka is looking for an experienced and self-motivated Chief ICT Officer for ICT Department who has extensive experience in working with multi-organizational domain of Fintech.

Key Job Responsibilities:  

• Lead the multifunctional ICT team consisting of software development, software implementation, data center, system & operation and large networking in multiple locations.
• Lead the ICT team to troubleshoot specific hardware and software issues to ensure maximum approved user accessibility and operations of the systems and lead the current deployment process.
• Supervise & confirm expected performance of Applications, Data Management, and Communication & Equipment.
• Ensure successful deployment of all technology initiatives within the budget and on time.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the ICT Team, providing effective leadership, supervision and a safe working environment for the team and ensure the overall output quality of the team.
• Prepare strategic plans and set specific goals for the team and mentor them on personal and career growth.
• Ensuring efficient, effective IT and Telecommunication infrastructure in accordance with the International standards.
• Implement strategies to attain maximum operating efficiency and proper contingency of IT systems so that integrity of data and documents are protected.
• Develop, implement and maintain security plans to ensure data retention and security.
• Coordinate with other departments in order to understand and meet their technological requirements.
• Ensure the integrity of computer servers, network communications and management information services.
• Integrate and maintain multiple software environments and portal development.
• Partner with top managements and recommend quality technological solutions, which will enhance performance.
