Responsibilities & Context
Bezpoke is a premium lifestyle brand specializing in imported Italian and Chinese flooring, luxury bathroom fittings, modular kitchens, wardrobes, lighting, high-end furniture, and custom design services. As we scale our operations and shift to a new corporate location, we are looking for a visionary leader to drive our marketing and sales efforts.
Role Overview: The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will lead the Marketing and Sales divisions at Bezpoke. You’ll be responsible for building and executing comprehensive strategies that elevate our brand presence, generate quality leads, and boost showroom traffic and sales conversions. This role demands a mix of strategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on execution to position Bezpoke as a leading name in luxury living.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the overall marketing and sales strategy in alignment with Bezpoke’s business goals.
- Build and manage the internal marketing and sales team, including Digital Marketers, Marketing Executives, and Sales Executives.
- Oversee branding, advertising, PR, social media, and digital campaigns to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns—both digital and field-based (door-to-door, referrals, collaborations).
- Optimise the customer experience, from first contact to post-purchase engagement.
- Track performance metrics (footfall, conversion rate, customer retention, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with showroom offerings.
- Represent Bezpoke in industry events, expos, and high-profile client interactions.
- You will report directly to the CEO and collaborate with other department heads to ensure cohesive growth.
